In November 2024, Never At Home inaugurated its fourth location in Vienna: the former ORF Funkhaus. Once the national broadcasting center, the building now houses 50 studios across two floors, bringing together more more than 75 visual artists, musicians, and cultural practitioners.

In collaboration with the Federal Real Estate Agency (Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft or BIG) NeverAtHome planned, supervised, and executed the activation of the vacant former high school ORG Hegelgasse.

From April 2023 to March 2024, NeverAtHome was managing a former publishing house, consisting of a five story office building and four industrial halls, as part of a vacancy activation program. The premises are provided by the real estate company WohnArt (BETHA Zwerenz & Krause Group).

After NeverAtHome was located in the former ORG Hegelgasse for a year, the project found a new "home" in a former language school at Schubertring 8, 1010 Vienna. The premises were providedby the law firm Wolf Theiss.

This location posed a challenge due to its short usage period and its situation within a building with numerous residential units. There were no individual studios, and the maximum number of attendees for events was limited. Consequently, some events were hosted in external locations, while the premises themselves accommodated communal studios, such as a ceramics workshop and a darkroom for developing analogue film.
